Impulse is applied to the chip power inductor coil, to do the insulation test in the winding (surge test).

Features

  • 4 terminal testing circuits can be performed sufficiently with applied high voltage to ultra-low inductance coil.
  • Up to 1000V (screen display value) can be applied to the coil of minimum 1μH
  • It displays detailed response waveform two times the sampling resolution waveform of conventional testing machine
  • It also suits to a choke , motor coil, and coil with few numbers of turns besides a chip power inductor.
  • It is the best insulation testing machine for ultra-low-inductance coil (surge test)
