Features
4 terminal testing circuits can be performed sufficiently with applied high voltage to ultra-low inductance coil.
Up to 1000V (screen display value) can be applied to the coil of minimum 1μH
It displays detailed response waveform two times the sampling resolution waveform of conventional testing machine
It also suits to a choke , motor coil, and coil with few numbers of turns besides a chip power inductor.
It is the best insulation testing machine for ultra-low-inductance coil (surge test)
